Any news on when field proximity offers will be made? Estimator, fire and auto claims.

Just in case you haven't heard, opt in/out will be delivered on Thurday 3/15/18
I think they will be surprised at who will opt out of proximity estimatics as they have turned a good job into a micro managed hell. I have no doubt I would be offered a position however all the vacant positions will be filled by people from other departments that have no clue how to do the job and competent estimators will have to correct all of their messes and we will be the ones written up for some nit pick detail. I am not of retirement age but have enough confidence and self respect to get out of this place. I will never starve, I know a trade and can think on my feet so good by State Farm I’m out!
Supposedly they will finalize the number of proximity positions that will be up for competition by Mid-March. At that time, we’ll have the chance to opt in or opt out. They’ve said the actual selections will take place in April. They hope to have everyone in place by June...
