IAM not sure .. looks mostly the operational teams , Account management , sales etc this should happen by end of fiscal year I guess .. fingers crossed guys .

Operations? Maybe not this time, but should. The lady big boss promoted way too many people. How many directors do they need? Cleanup this old regime then they can call it transformation.

Smells like managed earnings per share (EPS) to me. Think IBM or GE. We all know the final destination is not a desired one for either an employee or shareholder over the long term.
