We need to see women’s rights and positive policies to get more women into management. This is 2018 Schlunberger and time to catch up with the rest of the world !!

I never have seen women discrimination in slb.
Sh--, in fact it is the opposite. There are so few women that apply for these jobs that when they do they get hired easier and then get way more leniency on performance.
Women have it way easier in oil can gas just because they are women. Also, if the women is a hard worker or technical then she will move up way faster than any man. That is the benefit of being rare in this industry. Companies try to keep you because there are not many qualified women to choose from the applicant pool. Men are easily replaced.
Get hired, find a mate that works with SLB also. Get married. WINNER, Goncry somewhere else. You have the golden ticket if you are a female at SLB.
I'm a male at SLB, and I'm disgraced every time I read these message boards. The replies always show one ugly truth: we have many sad little men in our ranks that cannot compete, underperform, and then attribute their failure to unfair HR policies. To them I say: MAN UP!
Ladies, know there are many men in SLB that see your struggles and want to be part of the solution. Your effort, skills, and contribution are very appreciated.

Your kidding right? Even one of the the better SLB guys who came to MI-British Jimbo A from Leatherhead, was overheard saying years ago that” you need to be a one legged cross eyed le---an women” to move up in SLB. So sorry honey SLB has problems but opportunities for diversity in our population isn’t one of them.
