Beware and ready. Auto Claims Executive VP lied to hundreds in Meeting last summer saying they had no plan, and would not have one until June 2018. It is a different SF. There is a large settlement payment they face ($7 billion). The management people participating in process are in self preservation mode or so separated from targeted employees they have no ethics or humanity. Very scary. Disappointing. Meanwhile they have been discriminating, forcing older employees out and targeting people for termination starting with people who used any sick leave benefits to save billions. Sad. There is a right way and wrong way to downsize. Lies are never acceptable.
