Citrix ELT Feedback – Skills Training

Thread about employee Skills Training.

Since the Citrix ELT monitors these anonymous threads lets give them direct feedback on the topics that matter to employees.

Topic: Citrix ELT has invested little in ongoing employee skills and job growth training. The actual usage of the department training budget is very low or non-existent.

When was the last time you went on a meaningful skills training experience?

What kind of skills training are Citrix employees interested in?

Please provide your feedback on the post thread and please keep it respectful to retain credibility.

Citrix is already dead without any heart for its employees. If you have heart, it comes out on its own, and don't have to ask these kind of artificial questions.

Hmm, now I’m really concerned something is going to happen next week or soon after.

When Inhuman-Resources gets involved to create a distraction you know something big is really coming down the pike.

Nice try HR. The ELT doesn't monitor these threads to collect feedback to make the company better. They monitor these threads because the runors posted here run counter to their propaganda and hurts their reputation and thus the bottom line.

Make no mistake- changing the layoff date away from march 13th to invalidate the credibility of this site does not change their overall strategy of cost cutting, outsourcing, and over working their employees.

The only thing this thread does is make it harder to find potentially damaging rumors. You could have posted a single ELT feedback thread but you specifically made 3 to push the march 13th thread lower to the bottom.

No one can do skills training if there is no one to train. When the support queue is 3 hours managers wont take people off the phones to train them.

Staff your team first to handle training.
