Well it looks like I will have to make another trip to HR about my supervisor. Why can he not learn and change his ways.

I may go the Radar card route with mine here too. Just because he is ex Hal he thinks he is untouchable.
Sounds serious, maybe skip HR and fill out a Radar card instead.
