If overnights is eliminated at your store and you transfer to days your differential is gone . I understand because it’s no longer a night shift but how is that fair to the associates who will get things done now being paid the same as billy bob who walks around goofing off all day.
Are they taking the o/n diff?? I haven't heard this one.
I need a life for complaining about a company taking away someone’s pay difference and expect them to work just as hard as some idiot who does nothing all day ? Okay lol .
They've already done away with the differential for new hires in my market
