I understand everyone’s frustration and anger with this company however keep it classy...i decided to leave this company in November (on my own) due to the lack of direction and disrespect to the employees...I do not believe in the way this company is running...I DO agree that several VP’s along with the CEO needs to bow down and exit but calling names and wishing bad things to these individuals is not good. During my employment with this company I was extremely vocal about concerns not only of myself but my wonderful and exceptional colleagues...but was shut down by the CEO and upper management...it is obvious they do not value our opinions and therefore we are now facing declining stocks and a bad reputation...this is something they (CEO, board members and upper management) have to deal with...it is sad however that they can exit with their golden parachutes while the employees and their families suffer...so unfair! But try to keep it classy!

My TL rejoiced over someone getting fired. I changed 5 processes to better streamline customer paperwork. It was denied and my raise was denied. Ohhhh.....did anyone not in management get the results of the promised 2016 Market Analysis? When you under pay your employees, give no raises and then promote under performing, long in the tooth idiots.....geez why is the stock $1.42 and customer base disappearing? Boy if I could only have 707000 shares in stock. Oh that's right I can't afford life insurance a car or a house.

Hell I may even write a seeking alpha hit piece and put all the companies woes out to the masses and push this baby below 0.75 by july. Earnings call 2/27. Best believe all these layoffs were to pretty up those numbers.
Ive been telling everyone I know to short the sh-- out of WS since last year. Got laid off and am now at a better happier secure job making almost double what WS was paying me and Ive been using the proceeds of which to short. You can make money off this pig just play the direction of the company which is DOWN.
This a free country with freedom of speech..do not sugar coat Windstream. Tell it like it is and it most certainly is not CLASSY!!!!!!
Classy are you kidding me....Windstream top management up to TT and board are not Classy. Karma does happen even in the business world...you get what you give...Windstream is not respectful of its employees...Why do they deserve RESPECT!!
I can totally understand why people on this site are a bit salty. This is turning into an ENRON type story where the stock holders are losing money at an alarming pace while there’s no accountability at the top for the CEO & numerous VP’s. Remember the old days when the heads of the company would be paid a big part of their salary in Stock. Try doing that here and these boys would need to work a second job to survive. This stock is sadly heading to pink sheets.

I’d rather believe that maybe since they don’t get the point and don’t give a crap, that they are fair game. If my family suffers, I guess I should just say something classy instead. Ok, good advice
