Umm, Bombardier is broker than GE and on its last legs. But in today's new reality of accounting fraud and financialization I wouldn't be surprised if they buried Bombardier with this deal.
It’s possible. Rumors for Bombadier Transportation usually surface when their financial numbers are polar opposite to the aerospace side of house. With Airbus bankrolling their aerospace now, such rumor is expected.
GE Transportation employee here - we have not heard that yet.
Would be surprising since Airbus basically just bought Bombardier.
