In lieu of the SWAT team being eliminated, BMC employees were notified during impromptu meetings that cuts would be made to their departments in the form of support staff and nurses being terminated. Borgess is already suffering understaffing, however they have proved that their $35 million dollar surgical expansion project trumps patient and staff safety.

I worked with some pretty toxic nurses at Borgess, I imagine shoving another stick up their asses over there won’t be good for patient safety lol
I wonder if Borgess (Ascension) will be pulling construction workers off their $35 million dollar expansion project to help take care of the patients?
SWAT team spared, however 70 layoffs still on the table along with an expectation that nurses will be taking on more patients. I hope Bronson is ready to absorb all of the nurses running from toxic Borgess.
