Was told by my manager that I will be trained to take new student calls. What about my friends in the QC? Sorry guys

Coming soon, QC will have personal interviews with UoP's HR specialist Mr. Ben Dover.
In the last 3 months the QC was told ERs cannot handle new student call. We now receive an email stating ER teams are being trained to take QC calls and qualifying them. No wonder UoPx is number 4 in the top 20 most hated companies. Brave Dishonest F____d!
I just don't get leadership. Even Grand Canyon has a QC and yet leadership is heck bent on destroying what brings in a good chunk of revenue. I know what will solve this let's take a Glint survey and talk about our feelings. No? Okay let's have a conference call on Tuesday and share our continued strategy of getting rid of people who actually make a difference like the people who were let go this week? Figures USA today ranked us #4 as the most the most hated companies in the US. We even beat out EA! Just remember when we are collecting our unemployment check that this is just good business. Thank you new owners for giving us a sense of pride and accomplishment.......oh wait nevermind that's EA.
