This is not to place blame. I know you ERs are getting slapped around. For nursing RN to BSN. Why so few ERs answering calls from QC? QC is setting more callbacks than transferring.

ER here - it’s true that the new systems waste our time daily. To make a note, to set a “case,” and to look at the consolidated note history.....it all takes more time than is3. No doubt. New systems are very inefficient. Not to mention, calls have been terrible lately. LVN to RN, no GED, F1 Visa....I could go on...

Because of Gyneses and SRM. Horrible systems that will be the death of UOP.

Probably bc there are fewer of us ER's here. Also, with no motivation to work hard any longer, that plays a huge part in it too. That said, an available ER DOES get dinged for not answerimg a call, so it doesnt make sense we wouldnt answer. Maybe a Genesys issue?
