Thread regarding Cabela's Inc. layoffs

American workers have always been flexible and adapt to change, Keep your head's up.

Some if not most in the stores are older workers, some part time, some full time, plus we are surrounded by wonderful young people who have a desire to succeed. No matter what happens today, you to cabela's floor personnel should keep your head's up, It's not your fault on faulty management, that is a by-product of failed experiments coming from college educated think tanks around the country.

The american worker has always been flexible with change, it happened in the fifties, the sixties, the seventies and beyond. Corporate take-over is nothing new. You will adapt to the new changes and move forward with your assigned job's. That is who you are. Will something happen today, the winds swirling say yes, the truth lay's somewhere in between.

Never forget, the american worker are still the back bone of industry.

Be proud of who you are, Never ever let them see you duck your head in shame, don't give the that pleasure!

Not sure what store your at but ours (as far as the "young" people go) the recently hired ones won't put their phones down long enough to learn anything and as of yet have not shown that they care about anything other than when they can leave. . .
