If you leave the company now as of February 1st before direct deposit hits of your bonus, will you get your bonus paid out when you term with the company (on good standing)? I believe yes since you were in seat the entire fiscal year till January 31st.

Unless you were rated does not meet
It will be on your March 8th paycheck even if you no longer work there. It will still pay like you are employed.
