The ASM will be judged next. They have got to make room for the displaced Co’s that choose to opt into the RASM rec. I feel the company may have overshot. The Co Managers stepped away in larger numbers than expected, took the 60 Days with pay to look for a job and severance. Stepping down to ASM and performing Co responsibities at 10/15 thoushsnd dollats less was not a good choice for some and others had no choice. For the ASM’s they will get the same treatment as the Co’s. The evaluation timelines have already changed for them. They may not get severance, just asked to leave. The Co’s will take those positions and perform at a higher standard and the expectation will raise for the others. For the ones who stay it will be a hard transition training the Co to be the Co you used to be.

Most likely---at least the ones who've sat there for years, either never trying for or unable to get advancement. Same with the store managers, you watch. Basically, anyone who's costing more than they're earning. :)
