I have a job offer from the BoD and Deliveroo - what would yield the best return, career progression, benifits and long term job satisfaction?

Mumbai manager better than stoneywood
Aye
BoD has more opertunities with regards too furver educasion
Let's not pretend we still get a pension. That was stopped ages ago because of massive revenue loss. Grow up.
BHGE are still paying people off every month so if you take a job remember you could be away the next few months anyway.
Still losing mobey and share price is shocking very little work so a very bad Idea.
You need lots of Mosi-Guard
depends on your age. if you are young enough and married with a couple of kids then BOD could seem like the best option. reasonable wages, keep your head down and do the job and everything seems rosy. then the hit, after a couple of years of working shifts you do not notice but your hair starts to fall out, the kids do not really speak to you as you are never at home. ( apart from sleeping)
and the wife gets pissed off and finds someone else, therefore taking you to the cleaners for all the money you made working shifts! trust me on this buddy, start with deliveroo as soon as possible.
Who to blame for the mess at BOD?
Co co big brother and chums are a closed shop. Better with the pizza round. Don't become friends on FB as the wee lad is watching !
Don’t take the negative comments seriously- it’s just our self-deprecating sense of humor. Everyone loves it here, cameraderie is unbelievably good. And you can’t beat the location - we are actually close to the real bridge of don!
More job satisfaction working at the vindaloo
Take the bod offer. Fantastic place to work plenty overtime great food from the company restaurant
Don’t miss the boat loads of people looking to join a great team at bridge of don
None worked for them now for 10 years and have been trying to leave for 5.
No pay rises in 4 years. Pension only on salary, no job progression but will sign you off on loads of courses incase anything happens, over worked and threats on your job weekly if not willing to work 24/7
Serious lack of knowable managers engineers and offshore guys, no training , tools fail weekly , no job procedures, no support and pay is worst from all service companys so up to you but the fact they have paid off 60% and about 35% are looking for other work you might guess just how terrible it is working here.
