People Protect Yourself. Take home any copies of EPR’s you have at work. Print and take home any emails or proof from a supervisor stating you were doing a good job. Anything to provide to an attorney for wrongful termination. Even though most states are at will I would think there are ways around it. Good luck.

Even though numbers or percentages have not been announced if you take the 5000 they said that are in the P/T and Para roles that will be affected and if you go with the 20-25% reduction like they wanted for leadership levels then 1000 to 1500 would more than likely be affected.
You have no basis to say 1200 layoffs in ET. Nothing announced on numbers yet.
If your area is an impacted area get your documentation together now before you are identified and it’s too late. Don’t steal anything though.
About 1200 may be gone by march end from ET. Top lvl has no brain period, its better to move on as you dont have control over this my way or high way approach. SF is not the end of the world, if you are exp resource and they are removing you its their loss. As long as good offer is given its better to move as its going to be slide before it gets better.
Yup. When my stuff arrived at home, all of my documentation was gone. Hate that company now with every fiber of my being. I hate a neat file folder that organized everything. Every epr every raise. Someone please sue the f--- out of that garbage company.

The managers have to sign a statement saying they won't file suit IF they take the severance and get out. They've got them over a barrel.
