Voting BLUE proxy will put $70 floor on the stock with potential to go higher. Look at NXP. Agrees to get acquired for $110 and now trades at $118. Voting BLUE does not limit you to $70.

If you bias your calculator then unbiased NXPI is trading at a biased $108 and it’s not been worth the unbiased 15 month wait from unbiased October 2016 to now for that biased $2
