Hi everyone, I'm two years removed from the Walmart experience after 15 years of that drudgery...
Very much of what I'm reading in this thread takes me immediately back to my last 3-4 years in particular, re lack of staffing, ^ expectations, ridiculously high standards for pay raises, etc. etc. I watched that company go from being a decent, ethical business where you truly could pull yourself as high up within it as your ambitions took you, to absolutely nothing but favoritism and politics being the only way people got management promotions. .........
I could easily go on, but I think you all are daily living what I'm describing. Best thing to do with that company is, if you can, get some education, learn some skills, what ever---and get out.
