Being a manager with many years with the company. Great Evals, no coachings, and I was also "displaced" this week. All I can say is there are thousands of us that have lost our jobs our careers and our families lives turned over, or about to be. This is respect for the individual, this is taking care of those of us that have been around for years helping make this company the giant it is today. I pledge today my last few pay checks and any future pay checks will not be spent at Walmart,sams or .com and am asking all of my family members to do the same. Not really they have been calling telling me they will not spend a dime that the waltons will profit from. If all "displaced" associates would do the same it would end this giant. If they spend half of what they give to the waltons on amazon.com it would speed that up by years.
I just want to apologize to all the associates over they years I have spoken to on behalf of Walmart telling you how great our company is or was anyways that moved up or stayed and made careers here. Now if your "displaced" you see what the ho, john, greg, and doug real core values are. R.I.P Sam and your values.
