Plan B is the morning after pill at the UOPX cesspool. That place needs to eat a bottle of them and rid of their sh--ty management.

It is rolling out a bit later then they want. Once All software is deployed they are start the layoffs in enrollment.
I do think the rollout of Salesforce to the majority of enrollment was extremely poor timing, and it has had a negative impact on NDEs. Couple that with enrollment, finance and academics not caring any more, and it's a deadly combo for the new owners. Im enrollment btw.
Employee cost for classes? I thought the only thing we do is flat rate????? Period they said.
Employee benefits are changing to offset the cost of lowered tuition. I heard employee price for classes is being looked at...
Numbers coming in are showing price fix isn't working.....all this and we still have directors making 6 figures and managers making 60+ and more. Some staff are just as bad. There has to be a wage cut or let people go to save this school

Pricing change is not going to work since we should be enrolling more people to offset the reduction in tuition, but we aren’t. There’s no plan B. Layoffs, are plan B, C and D.....then shuttting the doors. Anyone working for UOP knows, the ship is sinking. Grab a life vest.
