Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

What do the Founder's Childeren know about the Future and why are they selling their stock in Wmt?

The W.lt.n Family is moving out of the stock quickly and taking the money and running. There must be something happening or they do not have faith in where the Company is headed in the future. Where are you in this play? Take the money and run after earnings in February.

What do you think is going to happen to Wmt Stock in the future? Wmt stock is extremely over valued and can't sustain future runs past a year.

You can click on the links below and it will show you that there are no buys, a few acquisitions given as an annual award. But look at all of the dispostions and sales of the stock.

Buying would be from their own personal account. (As the associate stock purchase, or buying through a brokerage)

Acquisitions are given as rewards or salary supplement. The individual does not pay for the stock but is given it as a reward or bonus.

Disposition refers to the act of getting rid of an asset or security through a direct sale or some other transfer method. Insider trades often report a disposition of a certain number of shares to board members and executives, which simply means that they have sold the assets in question.

Wow look at what is happening in the Market Today!!!

HERE YOU GO! Advice uncovered over a month ago predicted this!

Warren Buffet sent the first signal and then the Walt.n family followed, along with Executives not investing in their own vision and process.

DO YOU THINK THAT SOME KNEW?

Follow the lead of the individuals that own and run the Company! Pretty good insight with Walmart. May not be with other companies.

Really? It's that simple? Want to see a discrepancy of insider buy vs. sell? Check out Amazon:

http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/amzn/insider-trades

58,000 bought to $2M sold? Oh Noes' sell your Amazon shares!!

Like I said, more to it than the disposition of insider shares automatically predicting the future of the stock or of the company. Otherwise it would be a 5 minute algorithm and all of ISD would be rich.

I mean blue chips are up 30% in a year, kind of hard to not buy a stock and see gains at this point. Or maybe I have a secret algorithm!!

I do, it is a great tool to use looking at insider trades and SEC holding reports that are all public knowledge. Not rich but able to sustain a strong second income from it.

Good luck and pay attention to the changes!

It's expensive to be rich? Stocks need to be sold.

There is obviously more going on here than you understand. But given the slim chance you have uncovered secret knowledge based on the Walton's stock history, you should take that research ability and pick your own stocks. Proceed to get rich, sell stock, and make fun of us for trying to figure out why.

They just do not care.

Period.

They care about their wealth.

I do not blame them, but do not expect them to do anything for us.
