Keep your eyes open and always follow developments around all the pilots going on around Walmart. Pilots turn into operations fairly often - current pilots include day supports going away, PC/TC going away, ADDING DMs and splitting departments, closing 12pm to 6am, daystock, etc. If you pay attention to the pilots you may predict what's about to happen...

Pc/Tc went away in pilot areas because Pc was turned into a salaried position. Many LA stores
Backup? Read your posts again. It ccontradicts itself. You have no idea what I know. But I do know you clearly have no clue what you are posting about. So which is it? First you speak of adding DM...THEN you speak of a reduction in the position...Point made.
You have no idea what is being piloted in this company. For 2 years everyone said the same thing about the office that they are saying about the pc/tc and how did that turn out. And yes, there are pilots going on that can eliminate those positions as well as decreasing the number of DM and going to teams. There is usually a little truth in all the rumors so maybe you should back up and let people decide for themselves what they want to listen to. If it weren’t for people giving us a heads up on the office....starting with rumors....a lot more of us would have been caught off guard with no plans in place to protect ourselves and our families.
IF you are going to Posts...post facts. No adding of DM this Is not a pilot, in fact a reduction is going to take place with consolidation of Depts. . PC and TC not going away, responsibilities added to each and changes in job duties. Posting things like this creates fear and is not necessary.
Probably personnel coordinator and training coordinator.
