Is the receipt of this letter an indicator of future displacement? It states that it is information only with no action required.

Do you have Wal-mart benefits? If so, who is your provider? Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, etc?

People I know with Aetna got the Cobra notice of rights.

Yeah, little to no action is required when you get the shaft. Just pick up what little personal craaap you have at work and go h one. So the letter is pretty accurate in that regards.
