Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Over 250 American Companies Have Given Raises/Bonuses To Their Employees

Since President Trump's tax reform bill was signed into law, and a good portion of these companies are very 'progressive' in their political leanings.

YET, NOT ONE, oil and gas company, or any service company, has done anything to benefit their workers, EVEN with the constant increase in the price of oil and natural gas.

WHY hasn't Halliburton, the supposed leader in the oil and gas service industry, whose management professes to 'value' the employees, and the contributions they make, given back anything to those who make it happen?

Halliburton stands to make billions off of the lowered business tax rate that this new law provides, and WHAT ARE YOU GETTING OUT OF IT?

Maybe YOU are NOT as 'valued' as what they are telling you.

As your law on tax cuts have made life a bit easier

Good to see many companies are rewarding there staff by way of cash bonus or increasing benefits package

Maybe on your side of the planet there is no bonus. But Singapore halliburton got 2.5x salary bonus. Good times again. Thi is the norm here every chinese new year.

This whole company halliburton does nothing for the working man I speak for offshore aberdeen boys.

This so called jeff miller joe rainy and let's not for bss man Toby Dixon fail your workers full of broken promises you only reward managers.

All mentioned must be father's or grandfathers do you let your kids down well rest assured you all fail when it comes to level management and guess what you want to be ashamed on how you run this company.

As we say in Scotland your greed does not help the working man that is also staff members that have children or grandchildren you fail in your dutys

People find it hard in life to live with your bad decisions whilst running this once great company but whilst you have ignored your working people for many years when shall it every change.

It's about Time people got some reward instead of your greed ie pay rise day rate increase and increased benefits as company can afford it.

I worked offshore xmas and new year and every oil rig has raffles where all service companies donate gifts for charity all money raised goes to good chatty child's cancer and guess what letter comes out from uk manager saying we cannot afford to do this as cost cutting who a shocking answer you jeff miller and Co should listen and waken up this is poor business not only do you let your aberdeen offshore boys down but also children that need help for a good cause you Fail.

look here ! if the companies gave more to the rank and file there wouldn’t be as much for upper mngnt, elite and the share holders. it’s way past time for that 25 cent a share dividend.
