Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

co-managers

I have spent many hours with Sam Walton, Lee Scott, Tom Coughlin, and Ron Loveless. The three are

original leaders of Walmart through the years. It is absurd to see this great company turn into an employee mess. What about the long term co's that are still employed and could not train a dog to sit.

There are even H.R.'s that are ex store managers who couldn't make the cut. They put so much so much stress on assistant managers. Find one that has been in that role for five years or more. I will bet you they have gained 30lbs or more since they started due to stress. Walmart has taken liberties away from store managers where it has turned into an act of congress to fire or demote a manager.

This is your problem Walmart. H.R.'s playing favorites is another major problem. I am very much in the know with this company and have never worked there. I could go on and on.

Sam, David, Don and Paul from the 80-90's were real leaders. Sad that all but one have past on.

Tom Coughlin? The football coach or the one who embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from the company and faked illness to avoid jail time? He’s one of the people responsible for this death spiral back around 2005.
