Almost as sad as my future and my career,share price is up, oil price is up but yet again layoffs, every day.
All of them saying they never thought it would happen to them, they had client work, just came back to office after a month in field. But still got fired.
Will I be here next week ? I guess I don't know.

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst, as goes the song, there will be always sunshine after rain... After all for all of us whom got exit / release fate from SLB, it is definitely a sad event in one's career and life (a special thought for those nearing retirement age and released by SLB) but a blessing in disguise for many whom moved onto new and brighter horizons and careers...
Whatever happens take care of your professional network (former bosses, clients and friends), they will be key to restart away life after SLB.
