When is BPI going to report earnings? The last report was 10-25-2017. Usually, when there is no advanced notice, the news is bad. We already know the bad news about GI Bill funding, but it may be worse if BPI also loses DOD ("TA") money. BPI has offered to buy back shares, but that's only a stopgap measure to keep the share price up.
