My experience at norfolk southern left me with a sour taste in my mouth. From what I’ve learned first hand management shows a complete lack in taking accountability for those that they are responsible for. They are, however, quick to lay blame on anybody but themselves. It seems as if their job is only to find things to write you up on in the hopes that you will eventually quit - or be terminated.
They are not there to help you improve your job. Not that they even could, mind you, since all of them have very limited if any knowledge of what is required. Maybe if management learned their job and did what was required our work environment wouldn’t be so stressful.
