Can someone let me know what's a typical store org structure or hierarchy at Walmart. I am trying to make sense of all of this chatter here and this would help. Disclaimer: I do not work for Walmart but my company has a busy board on this site and I often check what's going outside of my backyard.

At my Walmart in Canada we don’t have CO or shift managers or DMs anymore. It goes
Associate>CSM/Customer Experience/Customer Value/ Fulfilment leads>ASMs>SM
So after Store Manager, and there can only be 1 Store Manager per store right? But after SM, will it be District Manager? But after Store positions, it will be District then into what level?
Oh, and where do people at HR/Personnel fall into which category, is their salary about starting salary of ASM, depending on experience?
With the new restructure and such Im not sure how it would actually look but Im guessing it will be: associate.. CSM... something that resembles a support in position combining, ASM, CO (if store still has these as some will and some won't) to GM. Im not sure what is going on with DM and support but they may be combining to a new title and situation for all of them in the restructure. No real details yet there on how that is going to look or work or what is going on. Too much uncertainty right now. I do know that the ASM level is probably the most secure and likely to expand in the future from what I've been told.

Associate -> DM/CSM/Support (they're all equal, though some can be "more equal" than others) | FEZ over the CSMs, but still same with DM/Support -> ASM -> Co-Manager (much reduced in responsibilities lately, but still exist - or, does it - sic???) -> Store Manager -> Customer
