Are all the accounting positions in store being eliminated?
Corporate Hunger Games is exactly what they have created. We all know we are being judged against each other so their is only incentive to “kill” your fellow associates in order to survive. This has caused a major trust issue across the organization, because if you aren’t in it for yourself you will get thrown under the proverbial bus. The Walmart family culture is long gone.
I hate to laugh about the Hunger Games comment, but you are right. The reporting on KNWA was a little too much. To have a report hourly on the condition of the parking lot to employees arriving is kind of ridiculous. I feel sorry for our News reporters, pathetic.
I likened this to Hunger Games or Game of Thrones wile KNWA reports live from home office this morning to televise the lambs going to slaughter. Since this happens every year, one should be mentally prepared either to survive like Chuck Norris or go postal like Michael Douglas in Falling Down.
