How does a Maintenance TM know one iota about Claims? Enough to be a Claims TM? What a ridiculous decision. I guess I will be moving all my policies. This is yet proof again that SF Executives do not have a clue about good business decisions.
I worked in CoreCo at Marina Heights and was let go Monday.
We lost all but 5 of our managers in Newark OH. Our cafeteria closed. Maintenance is going away (with a maintenance TM being made into a claims TM... why??). The writing is on the wall in Ohio

Yes, it is already happening. I have a friend in Auto Claims at the City Line Hub and they were called into a meeting about cuts and management reductions. In addition, I guy I knew (haven't seen him in years) was just told of demotion from TM to claim rep. Not sure how deep this will run.
