@RopTzdg-3qig We still got a bunch of FT I don't know if that is still to come, but I am shocked how many FT we have.
They just eliminated fj lead, backroom lead, cac lead and all full time associates, no ops in our store, bc/hardlines asm must re-apply
The new coordinator positions will be part time not full time and the hours will be cut by at least half. In our store our jewlery, shoe, softline and hardline leads were all eliminated and they had to reapply for the new position as a minimum wage part timer.
Are these newly dreamed up positions taking a pay cut? I surely hope not

this micromanaging and bizzare ideas are bad!
This has already happened at a lot of stores already. Last year our store went through this
I am a jewelry lead and I was offered the package or apply for the coordinator position. From what I am hearing each store is different but they are doing away with the separation of softlines and hardline roles. Sales support is one group including old hard and soft.. footwear lead also will have to reapply for the coordinator role. The leads that were softlines will automatically role to the new job title
