I'm seriously wondering if there is one Kimberly-Clark employee who is sitting at home or work right now and thinking "wow, this is a surprise." Everybody knew something like this was coming.
This company has been off the rails for years now. We have managers who don't know what they want nor how to get it. They give us wrong input, make us do things the (obviously) wrong way, and then they blame us when it doesn't work out.
We have new systems implemented constantly, but the more complicated the system, less training will be provided. Why is this, I don't know. Not to mention the way contract and partner staff is being treated.
All of this is just scratching the surface, but I have a feeling that I am preaching to the quire here, so I will not continue.
I just want to wish good luck to those who will be affected by these layoffs (me included.)
