I just confirmed that a Meeting for all Store Managers is happening today and then there will be a mandatory meeting of managers within the store to follow (ASMS and Leads). All I know so far.

@1xmf To streamline reporting so the remaining managers have more time to be out on the floor, hopefully.
All stores are going to the Simple Store concept. Kmart has been doing it for over a year. The icon on the desktop is just a place where management can file all their metric reports in once place, instead of having to make 20 different emails each day.

No Info about a commission increase on my call. Maybe just testing in certain districts?
