I really don't think a competitor has anything to worry about BHGE is a joke of a company schlumberger are beating forecast profits and weatherford are out the door with work and made millions last quarter.

Aberdeen is a joke everyone is threatened with there jobs all the time.

Your exspected to work with no time off and treated like sxxt and be thankful for it.

That's the problem when a German is in charge of our department it's a total joke.

But nothing new the lying to clients and been going on for years.

All managers must know as it's obvious when you look at reports but do nothing about it no one cares and that's the problem.

I am glad this is not only happing to me I have been shocked since I started with BH Aberdeen a few years ago and same thing told to lie weekly in meeting conference calls and emails, cover up jobs, make up reports and cover up tool failures and mess ups.

I am too scared to report it to higher up managers as been told they know and not to day anything or I will be sacked.

Our office is terrible and we all laugh at the way it's run and at the clients as they have no idea what's going on.

BHGE is just a total joke full stop. Terrible company from start to finish.

Most of Aberdeen and the oil industry laugh at you when you tell anyone who you work for.

Your problem lies with middle management who are intent on meeting targets and getting tools out the door asap whether they are good to go or not, look at how QA is run to start with

Post is accurate. Real bummer BHGE Aberdeen took more than 50% pay cut since 2016 and lost ther pension. Why anyone still work there unless desperate and big loser.

BH Aberdeen is terrible and no the others are not like that.

I worked for them 9 years ago and left as as never seen anything like it from the engineers not having a clue, programs a total mess or not even having them, was told to lie about tools not working on the job all the time or wrong ones sent out , no training given, most jobs no procedures, no oncall support and was told to lie to clients on the rig by my manager every week for over a year and pretend had training and run tools before that I had never even seen.

I then moved to schlumberger and total different company , managers know what there doing, full training on every tool from the workshop to correct operation and procedures. Oncall support 24/7 and people on the phone who can answer questions.

Do yourself a favour like I did and leave the place it has such a bad reputation now and it's getting worse. I hear that all the good mangers /staff have been paid off and only inexperience left and really is the laughing stock of the North sea.

Just awful.

This is a disgrace it conflicts with company core values and should be reported to the clients. Must have zero tolerance for dishonesty.
