In the last 3 years since starting with the company I have been told by my manager and others in Aberdeen to lie to clients on a weekly basis. All due to poor planning by the office, tools failing and offshore engineers mistakes.
Change paperwork weekly to hide total fxxk ups by the office and yard.
Make up reports and figures to try and sell tools and get compaines to use them even though they don't work and told to hide other problems I get weekly from upper management.
Surely this is not what all service companys are like?
I get told all the time to keep quiet or I might be next out of the door and just can't believe that this is a billion dollar company that is run by people who don't know what there doing all based on lies?
