They are wiping the floor with us in the USA but still Our managers tell us we are the best and the elite of the industry. If you are not the number one in your geomarket the manager must be fired. Let’s hire some talent from big red and learn a thing or two. We have been failing too long in USA land.

Yeah friends at HAL have a traditional business model and they called their transformation de-centralizing followed a simple play book. Moved people to locations and gave them the free rein to product the results or accountability. They then supported the Management team with requirements.
Each quarter they beat SLB, i dont understand why the board do not act out plan B
They have a larger frac fleet.
Bad strategy and I mean real bad strategy. Probably the worst strategy in the history of Schlumberger. They totally missed US shale giving all their money to Venezuela and writing off the losses now.
Only losers lose to Halliburton.
