Why does mechanical groups in sperrytech singapore has so many leads?? Just to approve timesheets? Then when retrenchment comes it is the engineers who gets the axe first. Im talking about HY, WW, NH,KZ. You are no needed to lead. The axe should be given to you or at least reduce your headcount

Until we change leadership North America ,Reed,Ron and Rick, nothing will change in US .......they are ancient and out if step with the Rest of Halliburton and new culture.

To be fair GE made an offer of about $4bn for the dd-lwd business.
Sperry technology is getting a lot of investment to address it's chronic decade of under-investment.
In the international markets they have started to take market share away from SLB and new technology will improve that rate. No reason why sperry can't become the #1 dd-lwd in the next few years.
let’s divest ourselves of the so called subject matter experts that have been experts for far too long , this is still the company that almost got its a— sold off but there wasn’t any takers, the same folks who got us to that juncture survived to pedal their self-serving BS to this day.
Let's get more managers out the way as it them and us uk north sea offshore boys deserve a lot better to many guys totally pissed off with there attitudes towards the offshore boys also lacking on salary along with day rate.
