ERC = Enterprise Repair Center The number techs call while praying someone with a clue answers, otherwise makes for a long day. Sometime while working with an ERC tech on a total hard down dude goes to lunch on you, you have to call back and get in line again.

What is ERC
Some were walked out today, but being paid until 2/1/18.
yup here until 2/1 then will get vaca and severance packages paid out.
Heard they are here till 2/1/18.
