Did not finish pathways - am I eligible for getting the bonus? Some say yes, some say no - I am confused - please let me know

No. You have to graduate from Pathways to be eligible for the myshare bonus. You also need to be with the company for at least 6 months.
Of course you are. There could be hundreds of reasons why you might not finish Pathways. You're fine.
According to the FAQ you are.
