Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

What’s going on in Greenville?

I’m hearing rumors that the plant manager is leaving. There’s a bunch of new positions that are open also, is that do to the fact that people excepted a job to then leave. Way to screw over your coworker you scumbags.

The next time you visit North Cafeteria look closely along the perimeter wall. With all the rat pellets it looks like a huge family of rats enjoy the food in there as well. A mouse kept running out from under the ice machine last week and running back under.

We won't even be able to afford to eat the Tide Pods. Drink that Kroil while you can get it!

They will be getting rid of your oatmeal and cafeteria soon enough. Then the only thing you will taste is cold poptarts, not the good ones either the knock off brands.

I haven't tried the oatmeal , no. I'm not at that facility. Here at healthcare we get leftover coffee and cake from the wealthy salary peoples (they are kind enough to leave it on the lunchroom counter for us)

I'll just stick to drinking the Kroil. It tastes better than management's lies.

The oatmeal is awesome. I’m a fan of the ham egg and cheese on Texas toast.

I heard the breakfast sausage in the cafeteria was pretty good though. Can anyone confirm these tasty links?

The only plant he previously closed was an airfoils shop about 4 years ago. It's well known that he was not responsible for that. It was a cost out initiative run by an executive in supply chain.

Plant Manager said he is not leaving. But he is well known to avoid the truth. His experience is primarily shutting plants down and more on the financial side. So, we have a financial shut down manager running the place. In GE logic he is the perfect plant manager for complex manufacturing operations.
