Bass Pro associates that work in any other department than the credit card department receive a $1 incentive per customer they refer. I don't see this changing considering both stores already do this.
How do you know BPS treats their employees like crap? The ones I’ve talked to have nothing but positive things to say. And they said they never restructure.
Proof? What else do you need?
-They took away commission for the boat salesman
-They took away the tiered discount program
-They took away 2% commission on kiosks sales
So you believe they aren't going to take away the $1 club incentive..keep dreaming.
BP is a cheap as% company that treats their employees terrible and continuously goes through re-structures. Get out now while you can, you won't have a job for long anyways if you make more than $11 an hour.
Proof? Do you have a reliable source?
Now how are the retail employees supposed to engage with customers???? It won’t be because of their vast product knowledge!!!! I hated going into a store and being asked if I wanted a club card. When or if I had a question, I had to wait around for the one employee who knew something.
The stores received around $80 for each account created & you received a whopping $1 (maybe $5 if they were generous that weekend)
You mean the whole $1.00 we get?
My my, whatever will managers do for a bonus now - actually work?
Ain’t gonna be no monies after the layOFF.
