Walmart HR department meetings and calls went on all of yesterday, any new information or updates about Walmart letting go of HR and outsourcing To a third party company?

HR teams sign NDAs when working on these projects. Most of the time members of a larger HR team don’t even know because they keep the project work down to a small group for extreme privacy reasons - in that it can’t even be discussed within the larger team.
It may be due to all the papers they had to sign to keep things classified. HR is a confidential department!
HR should be the first to be let go, then replace all the executives, and then the yes-people.
