This tweet shows a furniture vignette in the front window of a WFM. What store is this?

This should not surprise anyone. Amazon Fresh is nothing new and the acquisition of WFM is the spring board into launching this part of their portfolio into the industry. It just makes good business sense for a profit driven company (99% of businesses, the 1% being nonprofit org.s). I work for WFM and this is the least of what I expect to happen. Our area is slated for a new store this year and I suspect that an Amazon Fresh/Amazon Locker(s) pickup location will occupy a building being constructed in front of the store on the same property (it's large enough to be a "convenience store" but too inconveniently placed to be "storage") and an Amazon Go will soon follow in our downtown area. I also feel Shipt will soon be acquired by Amazon to replace Amazon Fresh deliveries in some urban areas (those whose population average is below approx. 800K - 1.5 million.
Kensington Whole Foods, London
The Twitter is from a guy in London and if you Google London Whole Foods a pic of the store comes out. It's an older pic but you can clearly see the Whole Foods sign that is hanging.
