What about APAs .. And are they gone let us go off the side walk again?..IJS.. Company shrink goes up if we can close a case with tag numbers...
I was shocked when WM raised the APM and ACCM up to the same salary as ASM when those positions have so much less responsibility.
Evidently the severance option was taken off the table. Oh well can't say I'm surprised...

What were the changes?
Certainly not what I signed up for when I signed the APM job offer. I get that the company can change roles and responsibilities but this seems drastic enough that it should necessitate another job offer and the option to not take it with severance being offered if you decline the position.
Doubt it they just changed our job
