Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

GE Insurance Problem

Shareholders and Employees both have suffered from the Highest level of managements poor decisions, while they themselves have been rewarded beyond belief. Am I the only person that thinks people like the previous CEO should be legally held accountable for some of their mess and have to reimburse GE stockholders for their misdeeds?

Immelt belongs in jail with the board. They were complicit along with all of the senior management.

there is no way to reimburse the shareholders, but what should happen is a complete elimination of any senior leader (including the board) who has been with GE and GE Capital since 2009. Get them out and bring in new blood before it is too late

I agree. And where were the board members while all of it was happening?
