Has anyone seen unethical business practices at Walmart? You hear a lot about this in the media, but at my level we never see this.

Send an email to the Ethics Hotline from an outside email address. See if you get some action to investigate.
Explain favors?
An associate on my team has not been promoted for 7yrs but still manages to be in the position by providing favors to Tech Expert ... others on team knows that but they can't report due to fear of retaliation ... INDIANS DESTROYING WORK CULTURE ...
I wonder what the vendor community has to say about this.
That’s some pretty good cash to have a diverse team.
15 pct bonus tied to it and 10 pct of eval tied to it in the past.
I didn’t know they got a bonus for diversity. Is it a big one?
Yes. That diversity bonus thing is real. VPs and Senior Directors can manipulate promotions, ratings and transfers in order to keep a mix of associates that will allow them to collect their diversity bonus. Ask your Senior Director or your VP.

Are you talking about stores coding shrink as unsaleables and deducting the suppliers?
How does that even work?
Is that diversity bonus thing real?
What is the diversity bonus? How much?
How about Directors and VPs influencing performance ratings, promotions and transfers in order to get their diversity bonus?
Blamed on the supplier how?
Yes, I’ve personally seen hundreds of millions of theft swept under the rug and blamed on the supplier.
No
Alot of store managers pad for shrink. Especially using virtual claims on product that doesn't exist . It's criminal. A form of fraud where the vendor is the victim. Not all store managers or most but enough that we have several ethics investigations a year.
