I know everybody believes that Windstream layoffs will not take place before February, but things have been really tense around the office lately and we've been hearing rumors of something big coming next week.
It could be a million things, I know, but that's not stopping me from stressing out. Anybody knows what might be coming next week that is not layoffs?
Don’t waste your time and energy stressing out about the company and what’s going to happen. Instead, think about how to help yourself. Put your resume together and be prepared. There are many opportunities out there!
Totally agree with the latest reply...a name change/rebranding will not cover up the lack of leadership in this company...same company ran by the same incompetent leadership!
A name change is just putting lipstick on the same failing company, And what a waste of money. This would be another bad decision by the leadership. Here is an idea try investing in your people , systems and people!

It’s just a matter of time before more layoffs. This company has no clear path to success - revenue is decreasing every month. They have no choice but to continue to cut expenses ( people) !
Here’s the rumor I’m aware off : they caught the worker bees that spiked the kool-aid.
