Pathways is there to help the employee. Those who show initiative should be the ones who receive a bonus. Sorry to hear about your IBS. It can be a debilitating illness, but it is important to keep up hygene in the store. 10,000 go in and out of each store on a daily basis.

Yes, they can. Pathways trains you to do your job, why should you get a bonus if you do not accept the responsibility to complete your train?
