They are adding additional service manager positions and eliminating asm

They added a temporary service manager for outside lawn and garden that is all. Do a Service manager job and not get paid and lose at end of season. Who is dumb enough to do that??
I'm starting to think they aren't going t do it to the ASM's this year. Something should have leaked by now..
Our store opened Monday morning with 49 employees. There was one store manager, two ASM's, and four Service managers. That is about one manager per 7 employees....something is really wrong with that picture. I have seen kindergarten class rooms with more education and organization than this screwed up corporation.

Everyone will call bull until it happens. I have heard this a few times and it sounds like it's happening. We all knew ASm's were pretty much going away.
